Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our dynamic real estate brokerage and property consultancy firm in India, you will be responsible for driving high-value residential and commercial transactions across key markets. You will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying property leads through on-site evaluations, walk-ins, and networking events. Your ability to conduct property site visits, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate terms to close deals will be essential in providing transparent, efficient, and customer-centric property solutions. Your day-to-day tasks will involve maintaining and updating our CRM system with accurate client profiles, interactions, and pipeline status. You will be expected to develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while collaborating with marketing and operations teams for effective property listings, promotions, and offline campaigns. Additionally, your role will require post-sale coordination with legal, finance, and client teams to ensure smooth transaction closures. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of proven success in real estate sales or property brokerage. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in residential or commercial markets is crucial, as well as possessing excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A solid understanding of Indian real estate regulations, market dynamics, and pricing strategies is necessary, along with proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and the MS Office suite. Preferred qualifications include having an established network of property developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients, familiarity with digital marketing tools and lead-generation techniques, experience in handling both residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end, knowledge of property financing options, legal documentation, and compliance processes, fluency in regional languages to engage diverse client segments, and certifications from recognized real estate institutions or professional courses.
