Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive - Real Estate based in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring clients, understanding client requirements, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating property site visits, managing customer relationships, and negotiating deals. The executive will also collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on the latest property listings, market trends, and company services to ensure maximized sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Salesmanship and negotiation skills along with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and an understanding of client preferences.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and presentation of solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic software applications like MS Office for tracking and managing sales-related tasks.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or property consultation is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, enabling interaction with diverse clientele.
