Sales Executive - Real Estate

As a Sales Executive in the Real Estate department, your role will involve managing lead generation, client engagement, and overall sales support. You will be responsible for maintaining the CRM, conducting presentations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and track daily leads in the ERP system with detailed notes - Source new opportunities via cold calls, networking, and social media - Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences - Respond promptly to inquiries and schedule site visits - Welcome clients and ensure customer delight - Perform market research to uncover new selling possibilities - Identify client requirements and deliver tailored presentations - Enter lead details and updates in ERP daily with comprehensive descriptions - Prepare regular sales and financial reports - Ensure availability and upkeep of sales collateral and inventory - Execute timely follow-ups and maintain the follow-up cycle - Liaise with technical, marketing, and planning teams to provide accurate information to clients - Build and sustain strong relationships with channel partners Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (graduation is mandatory) - 1+ years of sales process experience (real estate background preferred) - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to identify and resolve client grievances with a consultative approach - Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus,
