Job Description — Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Location: Gurugram
Experience: 2–5 years (real estate sales / property brokerage / property consulting)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and support end-to-end deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, manage, and follow up on leads from multiple channels (calls, walk-ins, digital enquiries).
  • Conduct property presentations and organise site visits for residential/commercial projects.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and assist in closure & documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
