Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with potential leads generated through marketing and interest forms
Explain offerings clearly and close high-ticket course enrollments
Understand customer needs and match them with the right training solution
Maintain proper records through CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
Work with monthly sales targets and consistently achieve/exceed them
Communicate fluently in English and manage objections smartly
