About the Role

We are hiring Sales Executives to manage customer acquisition and relationship management. You will be responsible for selling our house help services (cooks, maids, caretakers, cleaners, etc.), handling incoming inquiries, and closing deals to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·      Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp leads, and website inquiries from potential customers

·      Understand customer requirements (type of help, schedule, location, budget)

·      Suggest suitable service plans and available candidates

·      Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers

·      Coordinate with the concern team to match customers with suitable domestic staff.

·      Share profiles, trial schedules, and manage onboarding experience for the customer

·      Handle complaints and service follow-ups for active clients

·      Maintain CRM records and submit daily lead reports

Requirements

·      Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with sales or customer service background

·      Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

·      Confident, polite, and persuasive while dealing with customers

·      Experience in B2C sales, telesales, or client servicing preferred

·      Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Web, Excel, CRM entry)

Salary & Incentives

·      Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)

·      Incentives: Commission per closed sale

·      Mobile/internet allowance if applicable

·      Performance-based bonuses
