Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Salesmen to join our growing team at Apna Labour. You will be responsible for visiting industrial areas, meeting factory owners and managers, explaining our services, and onboarding new clients. Key Responsibilities: Visit factories and industrial zones daily to generate leads and onboard new clients Pitch Apna Labour’s services clearly and confidently to factory owners and managers Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery Collect and share market feedback to help us improve our offerings Meet monthly targets and submit regular reports on progress Requirements: Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred Prior field sales or B2B sales experience (industrial/logistics) is a plus Strong communication and negotiation skills in local language(s) Good local area knowledge and willingness to travel extensively Self-driven, trustworthy, and target-oriented Join us and get the chance to work directly with our founders and grow with an exciting early-stage startup!
