Role Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Educate potential clients about our healthcare services. Execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Engage with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions. Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients. Facilitate contract negotiations and close deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials. Attend industry events and conferences to represent QHT Clinic. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to management. Provide feedback on service improvements based on customer insights. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales techniques. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel as needed for client visits. Knowledge of healthcare services is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Team player with a positive attitude. Detail-oriented and organized. Flexible and adaptive in a changing environment.
