Handling all communication including email, phone calls, and meetings. Can be able to filter out irrelevant communication, prioritize important matters, and respond promptly to stakeholders. Arranging all travel plans, locally and meetings at the local and during travel Providing administrative support such as document preparation, report writing, data entry, and handling confidential information. Assisting with projects, tracking progress, managing deadlines, and ensuring completion. Organizing and coordinating events such as meetings, seminars, and conferences. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as clients, investors, and employees. Conducting research on the market, competitors, and potential opportunities, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. Assisting with strategic planning, identifying goals, and creating action plans to complete it. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Malayalam along with active listening skills. Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer inquiries effectively. Basic computer proficiency. A strong customer service orientation focused on providing positive customer experiences.
