Job Description:

The Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles by understanding customer needs, providing product information, conducting test drives, and ensuring a smooth sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and budget.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat sales and referrals.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and result-oriented attitude.
Negotiation and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate (any stream).
Experience: 0–3 years in automobile sales (freshers may apply).
Valid driving license preferred.
Knowledge of cars / two-wheelers is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
