Role & responsibilities

dentify and connect with potential clients in lithium-ion battery manufacturing & EV sector

Promote and sell automation machines like:

Cell Grading Machines

Welding Machines

BMS Testing Equipment

Battery Aging & Formation Machines

Prepare and share technical-commercial proposals

Coordinate with technical team for client-specific solutions

Maintain CRM entries and regular follow-up with leads

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Participate in exhibitions and industry events to generate leads

Required Skills:

B2B Sales Experience in Machinery / Battery / EV Segment

Good understanding of lithium-ion battery components

Excellent communication, negotiation & client handling skills

Willingness to travel PAN India for client meetings

Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce preferred)

Preferred Background:

Experience in EV, Battery, or Automation Industry

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related technical field

Familiar with lithium battery terms like BMS, OCV, DCIR, Prismatic/Pouch/Cylindrical Cells
