Job Summary: We are seeking a highly driven Sales Exec. from the Retail Industry to lead and grow our sales efforts across markets. This role demands strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and hands-on market experience. You will be responsible for driving revenue, exploring new retail opportunities, managing key retail accounts, and executing weekly market visits. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct weekly field visits to retail outlets, distributors, and potential clients across assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, store managers, and key stakeholders. Monitor competitor activities, price trends, and market intelligence to align with company strategies. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and order fulfillment. Recruit and manage local sales promoters/representatives if required. Generate regular reports and performance updates for senior management. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in retail sales or channel sales, preferably in kitchenware, home essentials, FMCG, or lifestyle sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong on-ground market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively. Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
