Experience:

As a Sales Executive at Pro Waterproofing India, you will be responsible for generating business leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our waterproofing solutions and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of construction or building materials, and a passion for sales growth

Key Responsibility:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for client inquiries.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and ongoing project discussions.
• Maintain and update client databases and sales records.
• Coordinate with the site team for material dispatches and service schedules.
• Prepare quotations, emails, and proposals using MS Office / WhatsApp / CRM tools.
• Support the marketing team with lead generation and digital outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA) or Diploma in any field.
• Experience: 0–3 years in sales coordination, customer support, or construction-related industry preferred.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal & written communication in Hindi and English.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email communication).
• Confidence in client handling and follow-up.
• Organized, responsible, and self-motivated.
