Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Model

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Work in a hybrid model: 20 days in office and 10 days in the field
Take ownership of assigned territory and drive sales growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely payment follow-ups and resolving queries
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
Conduct field visits (10 days/month) to meet clients, identify new opportunities, and promote products
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve client issues

Requirements:

Proven sales experience (min. 2-3 years) in wholesale business, preferably in eyewear/frames/sunglasses
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to travel (10 days/month)
