Job Description

You are a driven and experienced Sales Executive who will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in Andhra Pradesh. Your primary focus will be on the poultry feed sector, leveraging your prior experience and strong knowledge in this domain. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential customers, promoting products, establishing relationships with dealers and farmers, and driving sales growth in the region. As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet both monthly and annual targets. Your role will involve generating leads, nurturing them into long-term customers within the poultry and livestock segment, and maintaining and enhancing relationships with poultry farms. You will also be responsible for educating clients on the benefits of our products, providing necessary support, and gathering feedback by visiting farms and markets across Tamil Nadu regularly. In addition, you will be required to prepare daily reports, update CRM data, and stay informed about market intelligence. Collaborating with the supply chain and finance team for order processing and collections will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the poultry feed sector. A good understanding of poultry farming practices is essential, along with strong communication skills in Telugu and basic proficiency in English/Hindi. This position demands extensive travel across Andhra Pradesh, so you must be willing to navigate different locations within the region. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role. The job is permanent and involves working in a day shift schedule at various in-person locations. Preferred language for communication is English.
