Job Description: Sales Telecaller – Used Cars (Real Value / Poddar Motors Group) Location: Kokar, Ranchi Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Performance-based incentives available) Job Type: Full-time | On-site About Us Real Value (Tirupati Engicon Pvt. Ltd.) is Ranchi’s leading used car dealership with 150+ cars in stock across multiple outlets. We are growing rapidly and looking for energetic and skilled telecallers to join our sales team. Role Overview We are hiring experienced Sales Telecallers who can handle incoming and outgoing calls, convert leads into showroom visits, and provide customers with accurate and helpful information about our cars. This is a performance-driven role with attractive salary and incentives. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound leads. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable cars from our inventory. Provide accurate information on car model, variant, features, mileage, condition, and pricing. Schedule appointments and encourage customers to visit the showroom. Follow up with leads professionally and maintain regular communication till closure. Maintain lead status in CRM/Google Sheets and ensure proper record-keeping. Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding car availability and bookings. Handle customer objections confidently and work towards sales conversion. Send car photos, videos, and location via WhatsApp Business when required. Achieve monthly conversion targets and meet daily calling goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/telecalling (automobile experience preferred). Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage. Ability to convince customers and close leads over the phone. Good product knowledge or willingness to learn about used cars. Confident in handling objections and explaining pricing/value. Familiar with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer operations. Target-driven, disciplined, and professional work attitude.
