Location: Hazra, Kolkata

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 PM, 6 days a week (Saturday and Sunday working)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education, ed-tech, or training sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into enrollments, and contributing to the company’s overall sales targets.

Job Description:

• Promote and sell ILeap’s training programs to students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through effective lead conversion.
• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
• Conduct presentations, counseling sessions, and product demos for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, guardians, and academic institutions.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools or internal systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or Ed-tech industry.
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings as required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).

Salary: ₹25,000-₹30,000 with Incentives

Preference: Male candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
