Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in medical devices or pharma sales. Candidates with experience in dentistry, orthodontics, or dental product sales will be strongly preferred.

This is a field-intensive role, covering Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets across Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and onboard orthodontists and dentists across Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, and Nashik.
● Conduct detailed product demonstrations and educate clinicians on BaTR’s benefits.● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Build strong, long-term relationships with orthodontists, dental practices, and distributors.● Drive repeat business and enhance customer retention.● Plan and execute structured territory visits; maintain daily reports and track conversions.● Share market insights on competitor activity, customer needs, and pricing trends.● Participate in regional dental conferences, workshops, and other promotional activities.● Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and customer support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● 2–4 years of field sales experience in medical devices or pharma.
● Dental/orthodontic product sales experience is a strong plus.● Strong communication skills and clinical explanation ability.● Proven history of achieving sales targets.● Comfortable with extensive travel across Maharashtra.● Self-motivated, organized, and capable of independently managing the territory.

Compensation

● Competitive salary (70% Fixed + 30% Incentives)
