Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in medical devices or pharma. Experience in dental/orthodontic product sales is highly preferred.
The role is field-driven, covering Patna and major Tier 2 markets across Bihar.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and onboard orthodontists and dentists across Patna, Muzaffarpur, Gaya, and Bhagalpur.
● Demonstrate the BaTR system and explain its clinical advantages.● Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.● Build and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics and distributors.● Drive repeat orders and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.● Execute structured territory visits and maintain daily reporting.● Share competitive insights and customer feedback.● Attend dental conferences, workshops, and promotional events.● Coordinate with internal teams for orders, stock, and customer support.
Required Qualifications & Experience
● 2–4 years of field sales experience in medical devices or pharma.
● Experience selling to dentists/orthodontists is a strong plus.● Strong communication and clinical explanation skills.● Proven record of meeting sales targets.● Willingness to travel extensively across Bihar.● Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage the territory independently.
Compensation
● Competitive salary (70% Fixed + 30% Incentives)
