Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in Indian medical devices or pharma sales. Candidates with exposure to dentistry, orthodontics, or dental product sales will be preferred.

This is a field sales role focused on meeting orthodontists, demonstrating our BaTR bracket system, driving adoption, and achieving monthly sales targets in Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, approach, and onboard orthodontists and dentists across the assigned MP region (Indore/Bhopal + Gwalior, Jabalpur, Ujjain).
● Conduct product demos and explain clinical benefits of BaTR (torque precision, reduced wire bending, better bonding, improved treatment outcomes).● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, dental clinics, and dealers.● Generate repeat orders and long-term customer loyalty.● Plan territory visits, maintain daily call reports, track conversions.● Provide on-field insights on competition, pricing, and customer requirements.● Participate in local dental conferences, workshops, and promotional events.● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and customer support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● 2–4 years of field sales experience in medical devices or pharma.
● Experience selling to dentists/orthodontists is a strong advantage.● Strong communication and clinical detailing skills.● Proven track record of meeting sales targets.● Comfortable with field travel across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities in MP.● Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage territory independently.
