Key Responsibilities

● Identify, approach, and onboard orthodontists and dentists across Nagpur and nearby Vidarbha cities (Akola, Amravati, Chandrapur, Wardha).

● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists, dental clinics, and dealers.

● Generate repeat orders and build long-term customer loyalty.

● Plan and execute territory visits, maintain daily call reports, and track conversions.

● Provide on-field insights regarding competition, pricing, and customer requirements.

● Participate in local dental conferences, workshops, and promotional events.

● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, inventory, and customer support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● 2–4 years of field sales experience in medical devices or pharma.

● Experience selling to dentists / orthodontists is a strong advantage.

● Strong communication and clinical detailing skills.

● Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

● Comfortable with extensive field travel across Vidarbha.

● Self-driven, disciplined, and able to manage territory independently.
