Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in medical devices or pharma sales. Experience in dentistry, orthodontics, or dental product sales is a strong advantage.

This is a field-focused role, involving regular visits to orthodontists across Hyderabad and key Tier 2 markets in Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and onboard orthodontists and dentists across Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, and Nizamabad.
● Deliver product demos and explain BaTR’s clinical benefits (torque precision, reduced wire bending, enhanced outcomes).● Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.● Build strong relationships with orthodontists, dental clinics, and distributors.● Generate repeat orders and ensure long-term customer retention.● Plan territory visits, maintain call reports, and track conversions.● Share market insights on competition, pricing, and customer needs.● Attend dental conferences, workshops, and promotional events.● Coordinate internally for order processing, stock, and customer support.

Required Qualifications & Experience

● 2–4 years of field sales experience in medical devices or pharma.
● Experience selling dental/orthodontic products is preferred.● Strong communication and clinical detailing skills.● Proven performance in meeting sales targets.● Comfortable with field travel across Telangana.● Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of managing the territory independently.
