Job Overview:

Urvy Engineers and Infrastructures is hiring a Sales Executive (Female preferred) to support our business development and client engagement efforts across North India. The role involves identifying upcoming construction projects, conducting site visits, and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new leads and opportunities in upcoming PEB and construction projects.
• Travel to project sites across Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and other North Indian regions.
• Meet builders, contractors, and decision-makers to present company offerings.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and technical details.
• Maintain records of visits, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Support branding and promotional efforts in the target market.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Engineering, or Marketing preferred).
• Experience: 1–5 years in Construction, Real Estate, or related sectors.
• Age: 25 to 40 years
• Gender: Female candidates preferred
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong organizational and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel
• Basic computer and reporting knowledge
