Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, independent, and driven female Sales Executive to represent our brand and drive sales of luxury villas. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to build a career in real estate. You will be responsible for connecting with clients, showcasing properties, and helping them make informed investment decisions.

Preferred Candidate:

• Female, aged 25 years and above
• Experience, 5 years plus in real estate, or sales only.
• Independent, career-focused, and self-reliant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about real estate and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients and investors
• Present property details, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently
• Conduct site visits and virtual presentations
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property consultants
• Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure smooth transactions
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate sales preferred, especially luxury properties
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Goal-oriented and able to meet or exceed targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Willingness to travel as required
• Graduate or equivalent professional experience
