This is a multi-functional role ideal for a passionate professional looking for long-term association and growth within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Development (No Sales Target) Identifying upcoming construction projects Introducing our company’s services to prospective clients Building and maintaining professional relationships Administrative & Reporting Tasks Daily coordination with ongoing project sites Preparing presentations, reports, and follow-up notes Assisting in official meetings and documentation Site Visits & Client Meetings (Non-negotiable) Frequent travel across North India for project visits & client interactions Provide updates, collect project requirements, and represent the company Learning & Training Technical training will be provided to candidates from non-core backgrounds Equal opportunity to learn and grow in construction business operations Important Notes: This is NOT a sales job.
