Position: Real Estate Head Location: Hybrid (Base Location: Zirakpur), with Frequent Travel to Himachal Pradesh Industry: Luxury Villa Construction Experience Required: 10+ Years Preferred Gender: Female We are a leading real estate and construction firm specializing in high-ticket luxury villa projects in the scenic locales of Himachal Pradesh, worth Rs 5.0 Cr plus . We are looking for an experienced, confident, and well-connected Real Estate Head to lead our premium sales vertical. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales strategy and execution for our ultra-luxury villa projects. Build and nurture relationships with NRI clients, HNIs, top-tier investors, and bureaucrats . Represent the company in client meetings, high-level negotiations, and property presentations. Travel frequently to Himachal Pradesh for site visits, project reviews, and client interactions. Guide the team to achieve high-value closures and client satisfaction. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury residential or high-end property segments. Strong personal client base including NRI buyers, HNI investors, and influential local authorities . Pleasant personality with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and client locations in Himachal Pradesh. Strong leadership capabilities and ability to independently drive sales targets.
