Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities :Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer needs and present appropriate products/services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and reports in CRM. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand promotion. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel when required. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Number of new client acquisitions. Customer retention and satisfaction rate. Timely reporting and accuracy of sales data.
