As a Sales Consultant at Nikist.in, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers interested in our crypto workshop and providing them with tailored solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting 1:1 Consultation Calls: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions related to our crypto workshop. - Lead Conversion & Sales: Guide leads through the sales process, effectively pitching our premium membership and services to ensure high conversion rates. - Understanding Customer Pain Points: Identify the challenges and struggles prospects face in crypto investments and position our Crypto Insiders Club as the ideal solution. - Building Trust & Rapport: Develop strong relationships with leads to instill confidence and comfort in their investment decisions. - Follow-Up Strategy: Maintain consistent communication with warm leads, addressing objections and nurturing them towards enrollment. - Handling Objections Smartly: Address doubts about pricing, investment risks, and market uncertainties with confidence and well-structured responses.
