Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute valuable sales insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and outreach strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 03 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and generating leads through phone or online outreach.
  • Basic understanding of the US IT job market (e.g., Visa types, tax terms).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator tools.
  • Passion for sales and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
