Job Description

  • Develop and lead account plans and strategies for each assigned region and the accounts assigned to it using
all available resources (executive sponsors, marketing, technical, services, OEM relations, etc).
  • Drive double-digit revenue growth through new project identification, creation, and attach opportunities.
  • Forecast and report activity accurately in line with expectations via the company CRM.
  • Identify major projects within the largest accounts and lead activities to improve product and service revenue
across the account base.
  • Provide customers with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required.
  • Forge high-level relationships within critical strategic accounts to win incremental product and service
business
  • Partner closely with technical resources, OEMs, partner ecosystems peers and distributors to ensure
technical excellence in all positioning, competitive analysis, proposals, and exchanges

Skills Required

  • Customer oriented with the ability to not only start business relationships, but to have the drive, attitude and ability to maintain and grow them
  • An effective communicator, able to assist the Engineering community in presenting technical solutions as well as listening to and interpreting customer requirements
  • Is able to persuade and influence opinions as well as overcome challenges confidently while recommending the best solution for the client
  • An employee that can receive and manage constructive feedback, taking proactive responsibility to develop and learn from experiences
  • One who is achievement orientated and motivated by challenges, able to consistently deliver, while also aiming to exceed Inniti and customer targets
  • A successful team player who is able to take a lead role, drive and motivate a team towards a goal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Previous sales experience (preferred but not required).

Qualifications, Certifications, And Education Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree (minimum B.Tech/BE). MBA preferred but not mandatory
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred or equivalent in your academic program
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) as well as fluent in local language for country of application
  • Sales experience is helpful but not mandatory (including retail sales, corporate internships or
entrepreneurial programs)
  • Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Finance
degree preferred
  • Must be willing to relocate upon completion of 1 year to a different city.
