Job Description: As a Solution Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying client challenges and offering personalized technical service plans tailored to meet their specific needs. Your primary focus will be on understanding the technical problems faced by clients and recommending suitable monthly or annual support plans to address those challenges. Success in this role will require you to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough discovery by asking pertinent questions to gain insights into the clients" technology issues. - Propose and effectively close deals related to monthly or annual technical support plans. - Meet and exceed key performance indicators including revenue targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics. Requirements: - Prior experience in technical or IT sales roles. - Possess strong listening skills and adept at handling objections effectively. - Demonstrated track record of successful deal closures in fast-paced sales environments. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali with night shift working hours.,
