Key Responsibilities Sales Growth & Target Achievement Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for assigned Middle Eastern markets Execute full-cycle sales process: lead generation, qualification, follow-up, negotiation, and closing Manage key accounts and drive repeat business Market Expansion & Business Development Identify and onboard new importers, distributors, and business partners in the Middle East Develop a robust and growing pipeline through proactive outreach and networking Conduct competitor and market research to uncover new opportunities Client Engagement & Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term customer relationships Provide timely communication, product clarifications, and commercial support Ensure high customer satisfaction through responsive service and follow-ups Coordination & Reporting Maintain detailed records of prospects, meetings, and conversions in CRM tools Share weekly progress updates and performance reports Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieving revenue and sales targets for the Middle East Minimum 10% conversion rate of qualified leads Expansion of distributor network & key client acquisitions Accurate reporting and CRM discipline. Requirements Technical & Functional Skills Proven track record in international B2B sales (Middle East region preferred) Strong lead-gen, negotiation, and deal-closing skills Ability to understand regional business culture & buyer behavior Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication Behavioral Competencies Business-focused and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and client relationship skills Cultural awareness and adaptability for Middle Eastern business norms Persistent, self-driven, and target-oriented Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Business / Marketing / International Trade or similar 01 years experience in Middle East B2B sales/export business Experience in handling channel partners/distributors preferred Benefits Flexible leave Policy WFH and Out of Office opportunities based on requirements and conditions Performance Incentives Performance Recognition Dynamic Career Growth Statutory benefits as per industry standards","
