Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer requirements and trends in the healthcare industry. Additionally, you will proactively generate leads, pursue new sales prospects, schedule meetings, and product demonstrations with potential clients. Your role will also involve delivering compelling product presentations, preparing accurate sales reports, monitoring stock availability, representing the company at industry events, leading negotiations, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer requirements and trends in the healthcare industry. - Proactively generate leads and pursue new sales prospects. - Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals. - Deliver compelling and informative product presentations tailored to client needs and address any questions or concerns effectively. - Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, activity logs, forecasts, and market analysis data regularly. - Monitor and ensure adequate stock availability for product demos, trials, and order fulfillment. - Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and medical conferences, effectively showcasing products and building brand awareness. - Lead negotiations and close sales deals while addressing client objections or complaints in a professional manner. - Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Collaborate closely with internal teams including product specialists, logistics, and marketing to enhance the customer experience. - Gather and relay client feedback to improve products, services, and support offerings. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments. Qualification Required: - Previous experience in sales or business development in the healthcare industry is preferred. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Knowledge of healthcare products and industry trends is a plus.
