Job Title: Telesales Executive Location: Eyemantra Hospital, Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager About Eyemantra Hospital: Eyemantra is a renowned eye hospital providing state-of-the-art services in eye care. We specialize in offering comprehensive eye treatments, including LASIK, cataract surgery, and other advanced eye care solutions. Our goal is to make quality eye care accessible to all and to provide exceptional patient experiences. Job Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential patients through outbound calls to promote Eyemantra's services (LASIK, cataract surgeries, etc.). Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about the hospital’s treatments, packages, and special offers to customers. Customer Engagement: Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and schedule consultations or treatments. Data Entry & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and appointments in the CRM system. Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with patients who have shown interest or are in the consultation pipeline to convert them into appointments. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and conversion rates. Customer Support: Assist with inquiries and address concerns regarding services, pricing, and appointment scheduling. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and ensure the best customer experience.
