Job Description

Position:

Develop and expand business opportunities for distribution & power transformers and related products.
Generate new leads and follow up with private sector companies, EPCs, OEMs, and industrial clients.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and support overall business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Dispatch, Accounts) for smooth execution of orders.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.

Candidate Profile

Education:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR Graduate with relevant sales experience.
Experience:
5-15 years in sales of transformers, CRGO, core assemblies, or related electrical equipment.
Strong client network within private sector industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
