Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Professional (4–6 years of experience) with strong communication skills (spoken & written) and proven expertise in K-12 school sales. The candidate will be responsible for expanding MyPeegu’s presence across schools by building strong relationships with school leadership teams, driving consultative sales, and ensuring successful onboarding of MyPeegu services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and convert K-12 schools in the assigned territory to enroll with MyPeegu’s programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, management, counselors, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase MyPeegu services to schools.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth in the region.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, client interactions, and closures in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and after-sales support.
  • Represent MyPeegu at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.
  • Continuously update knowledge of the K-12 education ecosystem, CBSE/ICSE/IB schools, and emerging trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of proven sales experience in the K-12 school/education segment (mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with school stakeholders.
  • Target-driven with a hunter mindset for new client acquisition.
  • Good organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
  • Personality: Self-motivated, persuasive, resilient, and professional.
  • Preferred: Candidates with experience in EdTech / SEL / Counseling-related services for schools.

Location & Travel

  • NCR Region: Covering Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad.
  • Bangalore Region: Covering Bangalore city and surrounding school clusters.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
