Job Description

Dear, Candidate,

we are hiring for sales associate.

work location - Malad

Day shift- 10am to 7pm

Sunday off

Salary -18k to 23k(unlimited incentive)

Roles and Responsibilities

* Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction scores.
* Process customer inquiries and resolve issues related to existing accounts or new product applications.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
* Generate leads through outbound sales calls to promote banking products such as credit cards, fixed deposits, and other financial services.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales, or outbound calling in the banking industry.
* Strong understanding of banking processes and products including credit cards, fixed deposits, loans etc. .
* Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
