Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business for courier and logistics services.

  • Conduct client visits in various states as needed to build strong relationships and expand market reach.

  • Onboard new clients by explaining services, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful account activation.

  • Meet with existing clients regularly to maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

  • Ensure timely payment follow-ups and resolve any client concerns with support from the back-end team.

Key Skills

  • Willingness to travel extensively.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  • Previous experience in sales or fieldwork will be an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of logistics and courier services (preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
