Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business for courier and logistics services.
Conduct client visits in various states as needed to build strong relationships and expand market reach.
Onboard new clients by explaining services, negotiating rates, and ensuring successful account activation.
Meet with existing clients regularly to maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and resolve any client concerns with support from the back-end team.

Key Skills

Willingness to travel extensively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Previous experience in sales or fieldwork will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of logistics and courier services (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
