Client Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas. Lead Management: Research and identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and generate new business opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed customer records, track interactions, and provide customer-oriented service to build strong, lasting relationships. Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and objections in a professional and prompt manner. Market Awareness: Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and report on new opportunities to improve services. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales channels and other departments (e.g., logistics, customer service) to align sales strategies and ensure efficient service delivery.
