Dashboard Management:
Create and maintain dashboards for retail sale
Share daily sales reports with the core team.
Communicate with clients daily to handle pre-sales and post-sales queries.
Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Follow up with the sales team on new orders and payment status.
Regularly update dispatch plans and sales orders as needed.
Send Proforma Invoices to retail clients.
Verify payment receipts with the GM accounts before dispatching vehicles.
Collect Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) from the Retail Sales Team to ensure timely dispatch paperwork.
Cross-check project-wise rates of all orders and request revised orders
