Key Responsibilities

• Identify

  potential clients

  (startups, entrepreneurs, schools, small businesses, etc.) and pitch relevant

  services.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable service packages (

  web development, marketing, branding, or legal

  ).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team for project onboarding and handover.
• Maintain records of leads, client communications, and closed deals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English or Hindi.
• Confidence in approaching clients and closing deals.
• Basic understanding of websites, marketing, or business registration (training provided).
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
• Laptop/smartphone and internet connection.
• Freshers are welcome to apply — training will be provided.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary:

  ₹10,000 per month

• Commission:

  10% of total sales revenue (no cap)

• Bonuses:
