Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound telecalling, conducting face-to-face client meetings, and following up with leads to drive conversions and meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally. Clearly communicate product/service offerings to potential customers. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for meetings. Client Interaction: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Lead Management: Follow up diligently with leads through calls, messages, and emails. Maintain accurate records of interactions and status updates in CRM or lead tracking system. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to nurture and convert leads. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Report daily, weekly, and monthly progress to the Sales Manager. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling or direct sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable with fieldwork and in-person meetings. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
