Job Description: The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and we are on lookout for an enterprising leader who specializes in the construction contracting industry. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. This role will be heading the business development efforts for Industrial Construction in and around Hyderabad, Telangana. Responsibilities: Sales of Industrial Construction services of Krestone Projects Private Limited. Achieve volume objectives set as per Business Plan. Identifying prospective clients and working to find leads in given specific target markets. Generating new leads and actively seek sales opportunities through site visits, cold calling, networking, referrals and social media. Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Formulating strategic plans for attaining business growth, brand development. Maximize conversion of leads to sales closures. Manage sales for growth and revenue enhancement of the company. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence. Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers. Planning and Organizing Market visits. Set-up technical meetings with prospective clients. Follow up for Enquiry Quotations. Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly sales targets. Manage closed sales and communicate future project needs. Responsible for achieving or exceeding set targets and maintain quarterly sales. Weekly basis: Discussion on projects and other open points. Monthly basis: Monthly report as defined with highlights of the month, 3 months sales plan. Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications: B. Tech, Civil & MBA-Marketing/Sales, Target-oriented, dynamic. 2+ years of experience in Building construction industry, Construction and allied products is preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets consistently and developing successful business relationships. Fluent in English - written and verbal, Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu & Hindi. Technical skills to include a hands-on experience on sales in Construction Industry. A strong work ethic, self-discipline and self-motivated. Ability to work with little or no supervision required. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented and excellent time-management skills. Strong computer skills, internet savvy. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success. Strong negotiation skills.  Ownership of responsibility handled.
