Sales Executive

Freshers allowed - Male & Female.

Job Location - Udaipur and nearby towns like Bhinder, Gogunda, Salumbar etc.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business through direct customer acquisition, relationship management, and achievement of defined sales targets. The role requires active field engagement, customer sourcing, and conversion of leads into successful disbursements while maintaining healthy portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

• Identify, meet, and engage potential customers to promote company loan products (e.g., LAP, business loans, personal loans, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly.

Business Development

• Conduct field visits, market surveys, and area mapping to identify business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, builders, and vendors to generate leads.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities organized by the company.

Operational Compliance

• Ensure timely login and submission of customer files with complete documentation.
• Maintain accuracy in KYC, income assessment, and loan proposal forms.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth file processing and disbursement.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Submit daily activity reports including leads generated, follow-ups, and login status.
• Maintain pipeline tracker and update manager on weekly performance progress.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Any Under Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in field sales.
• Familiarity with local market dynamics and customer segments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
