Role Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our core segments by promoting our comprehensive platform features and subscription plans:


  • Subscription Sales:

    Drive sales for our core subscription tiers:

    Student

    (₹99/mon),

    Teacher

    (₹129/mon),

    Parent

    (₹149/mon), and large-scale

    School & Institute

    plans.
  • Platform Promotion:

    Articulate the value of our AI-powered features across all user dashboards:
  • Student Dashboard:

    Promote features like the personalized

    Career Path

    , interactive

    Quizzes

    for skill analysis, and access to

    Notes

    and engaging

    Video

    lessons.
  • Teacher Dashboard:

    Explain how AI insights help teachers personalize their pace and lessons based on student ability and IQ level.
  • Parent Dashboard:

    Highlight the ability to

    Understand Your Child's Ability

    through AI assessments and providing transparent access to

    College/School Fee Structures

    .
  • Future-Ready Guidance:

    Emphasize the platform's focus on

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and meet set sales targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the career guidance or education sector is desirable but not mandatory
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the

    EdTech

    sector
  • Strong understanding of personalized learning, career development, and AI tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
