This role is vital for driving adoption of our personalized dashboards and subscription plans across students, parents, teachers, and schools Role Description As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our core segments by promoting our comprehensive platform features and subscription plans: Subscription Sales: Drive sales for our core subscription tiers: Student (₹99/mon), Teacher (₹129/mon), Parent (₹149/mon), and large-scale School & Institute plans. Platform Promotion: Articulate the value of our AI-powered features across all user dashboards: Student Dashboard: Promote features like the personalized Career Path , interactive Quizzes for skill analysis, and access to Notes and engaging Video lessons. Teacher Dashboard: Explain how AI insights help teachers personalize their pace and lessons based on student ability and IQ level. Parent Dashboard: Highlight the ability to Understand Your Child's Ability through AI assessments and providing transparent access to College/School Fee Structures . Future-Ready Guidance: Emphasize the platform's focus on Future-Ready Skills by including modules on Sports opportunities, Business concepts, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. Market Penetration: Execute sales strategies to expand our reach and meet the growing necessity for personalized, always-available career support in the modern educational landscape. Qualifications Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools is a plus Ability to work independently and meet set sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Prior experience in the career guidance or education sector is desirable but not mandatory Proven experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech sector Strong understanding of personalized learning, career development, and AI tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
