Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and achieve sales targets for elevators, escalators.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and provide basic technical support.
Track account receivables and ensure timely collections.

Requirements:

Experience in lifts & escalators industry preferred
; candidates from
building materials/construction
industry may also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
