Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and achieve sales targets for elevators, escalators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, present solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and provide basic technical support.
  • Track account receivables and ensure timely collections.

Requirements:

  • Experience in lifts & escalators industry preferred

    ; candidates from

    building materials/construction

    industry may also apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
