*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Direct Sales & Enrollment:* Proactively engage with inbound leads and execute outbound sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual sales targets for Alive programs and Academy courses.
* *Consultative Selling:* Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. Position iThrives Alive programs and Academy courses as tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
* *Lead Nurturing & Follow-up:* Consistently follow up with leads through various channels (phone, email, video calls) to move them through the sales pipeline, answer questions, and overcome objections.
* *Product Expertise:* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all Alive programs and Academy courses, including their unique features, benefits, curriculum, and pricing structures.
* *Pipeline Management:* Accurately manage and update sales pipeline data in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring all interactions and progress are meticulously recorded.
* *Customer Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong rapport with potential clients, fostering trust and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales journey.
* *Objection Handling:* Skillfully address and overcome prospect objections with confidence, empathy, and relevant information.
* *Collaboration:* Work closely with the Marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Provide feedback on market trends and client needs.
* *Reporting & Analysis:* Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecast future sales, and contribute to sales strategy discussions.

* *Experience & Skills:*
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales, tele-sales, or inside sales, preferably within the health & wellness, education, or high-value services sector.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear, confident, and empathetic phone presence.
* Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence.
* Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
