• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals
• Make outbound calls and reach out to potential users
• Qualify leads based on LLUMO’s sales criteria and potential
• Maintain strong product knowledge to conduct impactful user conversations
• Deliver on weekly and monthly sales targets
• Use CRM tools effectively to track interactions and deals
• Report daily on sales activity, lead status, and progress
• Maintain detailed notes on all user interactions for accurate tracking
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Prior experience in SaaS or AI sales (0-1 years preferred)
• Knowledge of Google Docs & collaboration tools
• Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined in their use
• High energy, self-driven, and proactive approach
• Good presentation skills and ability to explain technical solutions simply
• Strong team player with a customer-first mindset
• Experience in change management and planning based on success criteria
• Understanding of the AI/SaaS ecosystem
• Prior internship or project work in tech sales or customer success
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Customer-service oriented with a passion for problem-solving
