Role Description This is an internship position for a Sales Executive at AFTR Labs, based in Pune with the option of working in a hybrid setup. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales process. Key day-to-day activities include market research, lead generation, participating in client meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting in the development of sales strategies. Active participation in achieving pre-defined sales targets and supporting the team with administrative tasks may also be involved. Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing client interactions and closing deals. Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and sales planning. An understanding of sales processes and CRM software; familiarity with analytical and reporting tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment. A strong interest or background in technology or digital solutions; prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous. Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
